Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Constra. By signing in, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your family’s data

What you add belongs to you and your family. You give Constra permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Only invite contractors and add their details with their agreement, and keep what you record accurate.

Using Constra fairly

  • Don’t use Constra to harass contractors, workers or anyone else.
  • Don’t try to get into another family’s data, or to break or overload the service.
  • Don’t upload anything illegal.

Money and records

Constra records budgets, expenses and payments to contractors. It doesn’t hold or move money, and it isn’t an agreement between you and a contractor. Check important figures against your bank and your written contracts before relying on them.

The service

We work to keep Constra available and your data safe, but the app is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Constra, deactivate your account or delete it any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
